An unusual Welsh oak candlestand with rectangular slab top standing on four chamfered stick legs one of which is an old replacement(see photo), the initials R O are carved on the underside. Good original colour with pegged top, would possibly have been used in the middle of the kitchen table. Merionethshire Circa 1820.
